Actually, both the XHA1 and the XLH1a can output to either the Samarai, Samurai Blade, Ninja, Ninja 2, Nija blade, etc. To do this, you will need to purchase the Blackmagic Analog to SDI mini converter. The converter can be purchased at B&H for about $185.00.

The T68 seems to be the two-stage one that comes with the LS-22 and the T72 seems to be the one that comes with the LS-38, which has a higher load capacity - so, logically,t he T68 may be more lightweight. Information on Libec tripod kits is kind of hard to come across, so I could be wrong.
