If you are use to typing on an English-only keyboard, you may find yourself making more typing errors than normal because the French keys are in a slightly different position.

WEBJun 25, 2014 · I just order a replacement US layout keyboard from eBay for my specific laptop models, and then swapped them out myself. Done it 3-4 times (and a couple of times for friends). Costs about $20 and about 30 minutes of Google searching for the laptop keyboard's part number and service manual. It's very YMMV.
