WEBDec 25, 2020 · My post was assuming you do still have the phone and the employee's Apple ID is still on the phone and preventing your company from setting it up for a new user. Try go to Verizon and have them "blacklist" the iPhone that is on your account. Maybe have some luck that way, former employee cannot use it.

If it's your personal Apple ID, they won't have access to anything stored there. They will, theoretically, have access to anything you sent using your company email.
