WEBOct 9, 2021 · Hi everyone, I have my Neo G9 set up for a week now and I'm mostly loving it so far but one thing I cant seem to get to work is the Core Sync feature. I have Core Sync turned ON in the monitor menu (Infinity Lighting as well), but the backlight remains in white. Even when I play a game (COD Warzone & BF2042 open beta) it doesnt change colour.

WEBFeb 16, 2024 · I work with a lot of spreadsheets for work and wanted the single ultra wide screen, rather than a 2 monitor setup. The most resolution I can set the monitor to is 1920x1080 - which has the screen looking rather stretched and distorted (still useable but very noticeable). Note: I do no gaming, so only using for work or other personal use.

WEBFeb 18, 2024 · Turn on 240hz mode in the monitor. Thinset the max supported Hertz at that resolution. It's likely the Hertz is set too high for you to put out that native resolution. Drop it down to 30 or 60 depending, and it should allow it. Make sure all your settings are correct in the monitor itself, as there are different modes.
