During the spring months, are they usually visible and easy to see? - Or like wild numbats, do they spend mornings or afternoons taking shelter/cover, or hide in logs, tree hollows, burrows or ground cover in their exhibit? It all depends. If yu have ab child that loves a close encounters of wild life then I would recommend Caversham. Here they would have more kangaros, wallabyd and koalas than the zoo. While Perth Zoo offers more varieties of animals, although u may not have a chance to have such a close encounters. Furthermore the Perth zoo are much nearer to the Perth city.
