Nb. From 21 March, the visitor centre will be temporarily closed for improvement works. Our Viaduct View takeaway cafe, temporary toilets, shop and info point will be open in our care park. Glenfinnan Visitor Centre is your gateway to exploring Glenfinnan. Pop in for toilets, cafe, shop and a fascinating exhibition about the part Glenfinnan played in Scottish history in 1745 - when Bonnie Prince Charlie gathered his Jacobite supporters here to commence the '45 Rising, which tragically ended at the Battle of Culloden. Every penny you spend helps our charity's conservation work, looking after the hilltop viewpoint path behind our visitor centre and the Glenfinnan Monument.
