The custom doesn’t even worth a star with a long queue over 150 people but only one pathetic immigration officer. We waited more than 1.5hr and half way the system is done and the officer doesn’t see…Full review by SYeu

We took the 45-minute ferry from Singapore, only to be surprised by a visa on arrival ($35 USD) and a 1-1/2 hour long wait in the immigration queue. Full review by jeanneleez
