In our case the river cruise was included with the entry ticket. To take the cruise line up at the turn style until there is a spot available then you take a 10-15 min boat ride in a loop. We were allowed to take as many loops as we wanted - we took two loops.

I don’t think so - there were lines for people to queue if there was a wait - but often there is no wait time
