Carers ACT supports unpaid family and friend carers.We can provide you with a wide range of practical and emotional support to make your life easier, such as: care planning advice and support, counselling, peer support, breaks from caring, educational workshops, social activities, mobility and technology aids, advocacy support and Home Carer Packages coordination.
