Its a café, not a pub, though it probably serves drinks. Its called Park Hub and Daisy's in the Park. Its got lots of seats in the sun and close by the small playground, and near the pretty humpback bridge and water features. So I hope this is what you mean. All the best.
There is parking nearby but check as there are parking restrictions Monday to Saturday. There is parking in the park but is limited. Get there early is my advice.
