Waiting in a wheelchair because we were not allowed to enter sky lounge. We were told to go back downstairs for 7 minutes, in a wheelchair , I can’t explain how we are feeling ☹️☹️ Full review by Janice Lamberth

This is an awful experience. The bathrooms have no hand towels. The food line is out of sanitizer. The lounge is full there are no chairs. Every single surface is full of dirty cups and plates. Full review by DeAnne Lynn Misgen
