A county district judge in Wyoming imposed an injunction on two state laws that curtailed abortions there on Monday, ruling that they violated the state's constitution.

The ruling found that two state laws — one barring use of abortion pills, and one banning all forms of abortion — violated the state Constitution’s “fundamental right to make health care decisions.”

The new ruling is a win for abortion rights supporters, and it comes on the heels of key wins in other states on Election Day.
