Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - November 18, 2024 Leaders of the G20 group of developed economies will gather for its 19th Summit in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro on Monday. The first session of the two-day G20 Summit will be held at Museu de Arte Moderna do in Rio de Janeiro at 8:20 AM ET.

Heads of state arriving in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday for the G20 summit will spend Monday and Tuesday addressing issues from poverty and hunger to the reform of global institutions. Still, the ongoing U.N. climate talks have thrown a spotlight on their efforts to tackle global warming.
