Today marks the 30th anniversary of ER, the long-running medical drama that premiered on Sept. 19, 1994, and is generally credited with helping launch the careers of its early stars, George Clooney and Julianna Margulies.

George Clooney is a known practical joker. The actor is almost as famous for some of his antics as he is for his films.
