Leinster have knocked Premiership leaders Bath out of the Investec Champions Cup after a ruthless second-half display at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

Prop Beno Obano was sent off in the second half as Leinster punish Bath to knock the Premiership leaders out of the Investec Champions Cup.

Northampton held on to beat Munster 34-32 and Leinster claimed a 47-21 comeback victory over Bath on Saturday to secure top spots from their groups into the last 16 of the Champions Cup.

Russell converted and after the Bath blitz stymied a Leinster strike move off lineout ball at the front, Russell was only denied a scooped finish by Sam Prendergast’s boot. But that was at the expense of a five-metre scrum, from which Ben Spencer passed behind Ollie Lawrence to Russell who fed de Glanville to break Jamie Osborne’s tackle and score.
