For the first time since the June 2024 in-custody death of Rolin Hill, body cam footage of the incident was shown during a bond hearing for the three former Virginia Beach deputies charged with second-degree murder.

Three former Virginia Beach deputies accused of second-degree murder in the death of Rolin Hill have turned themselves in, according to the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney.
