A felony warrant has been obtained against a 15-year-old in connection to threats made Wednesday against Southwind High School, Sheriff Floyd Bonner said. The teen lives in Nashville. Bonner said detectives in Nashville have the teen in custody and are traveling to Memphis to transfer him to juvenile custody.

Sheriff Floyd Bonner said the 15-year-old boy resides in Nashville, and is believed to be responsible for the various phone call and social media threats that caused Southwind High School, as well as various other Memphis-Shelby County Schools campuses, to go on a "soft-lockdown."
