Catherine, Princess of Wales carried out a deeply personal engagement on Tuesday, visiting the London hospital where she underwent cancer treatment to express her gratitude to the staff who supported her over the past year.

Britain's Princess of Wales says that her cancer is in remission, following a visit to hospital where she received treatment earlier this year.

Kate and William, the Prince and Princess of Wales, confirmed their patronage of the hospital where she had cancer treatment, the Royal Marsden Hospital in London.
