According to the permit, issued on Monday, Swift has tasked a contractor with remodeling the home’s kitchen and building new bathrooms as well as a new addition that will be approximately 16 by 24 feet.

Renovations are underway at Taylor Swift's mansion in Watch Hill. Permits filed with the town of Westerly show Swift's plans for the $17 million home. According to the building permit, renovations are being done to the kitchen, living room and front porch. New bathrooms are also being added. The renovations are estimated to cost $1.7 million.
