A Kid's Beach Ball Drop will be held at 8 p.m., followed by more live music leading up to the main Beach Ball Drop at midnight. Fireworks will be launched over the Russell-Fields Pier.

The museum has held kid-focused New Year's Eve events for more than 20 years. This year is a summer theme, complete with a beach ball drop at 12 p.m.
