Harkins Theatres, closed since March due to COVID-19, will open all Arizona locations, including Phoenix, Flagstaff, Yuma, Scottsdale and Casa Grande.

Harkins also has pending liquor licenses for three undetermined locations in Casa Grande, Sedona and Maricopa County, according to the Arizona Department of Liquor.
