DARTMOUTH — Even though the chance of making the playoffs is slim for the Bishop Stang football team, the Spartans played with a purpose on Thursday night in their regular-season finale. Bishop Stang led from start to finish in a commanding 47-0 win over Cardinal Spellman at Hugh Carney Stadium.

Cardinal Spellman's Chris Soto is the Enterprise Brockton-area High School football Offensive Player of the Week. Soto led the Cardinals to their first win of the season against Arlington Catholic, scoring four touchdowns in the 40-8 victory. He received 5,254 votes and 41.43% of the poll.
