Costco is being forced to recall 80,000 pounds of butter in Texas because the packaging does not state it includes the base ingredient, milk, which the FDA says is an allergen risk.

The recalled 46,800 pounds of butter “list cream, but may be missing the Contains Milk statement," according to the FDA.

Nearly 80,000 pounds of Costco butter was recalled because its packaging was missing the "Contains Milk statement."
