Capcom veteran Hideaki Itsuno has returned to development, leading a new studio owned by Tencent subsidiary LightSpeed Studios. Itusno will lead Lightspeed Japan Studio, which will operate across two offices in Tokyo and Osaka, it announced on Tuesday.
