Starting with the new Save the World v7.30 update, Fortnite will expose the contents of all purchasable lootboxes to give gamers full transparency on what's inside before they buy.

So-called loot boxes — which in Fortnite are actually llama pinatas — offer players items, usually in exchange for real-world money or currency that can be purchased with real-world cash.

Fortnite studio Epic Games revealed the patch notes for the 7.30 update, and adds new content for both Battle Royale and Save the World modes.
