Triad Properties bought the Hampton Inn at 724 S. Van Buren Road in Eden and the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Wytheville, Virginia, from an LLC controlled by Daly Hotel Management of Greensboro.

The hotel opened in 2000 after a 10-story vacant office building was converted into a Howard Johnson Inn and Suites. It was remodeled and converted to the Hampton brand in 2006.

Patel said he already operates the Hampton Inn and Microtel Inn & Suites at the I-71/Routes 36-37 interchange in Delaware County. [email protected] @MarkFerenchik.
