A federal judge said she would issue a temporary order that would prevent the Trump administration from blocking the school’s ability to enroll international students.

US District Judge Allison D. Burroughs will hear arguments over Harvard’s request for a preliminary injunction that would prohibit the Department of Homeland Security from revoking the school’s ability to enroll international students while a lawsuit it filed against the government is pending.
