LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers were unable to get out of the first round of the NBA Playoffs. They were ousted by the Minnesota Timberwolves in just five games and weren't able to put up much of a fight.

James, 40, has a $52.6 million player option for next season that he must opt into by June 29 or become a free agent, and his decision looms over the organization.
