Cabbage loopers. These small, green insects make a looping motion as they move, and they are very destructive. They’re one of the most common garden caterpillars in the United States.

Another sign is small, lime green frass — also known as insect poop — on the plant, on the ground, and caught in the webbing. The adult moths are active June-October.
