TWIN LAKES, Mich. (WLUC) - One of Houghton County’s busiest campgrounds will not be open this season. Twin Lakes State Park is preparing for a $2.6 million construction project this summer.

Twin Lakes State Park Nestled against an inland lake, Twin Lakes State Park is a peaceful retreat south of Houghton in Toivola. This park features shore fishing and boating on Lake Roland.
