Tottenham Hotspur defenders Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero are still two or three weeks away from returning but the club's injury list is slowly improving, says manager Ange Postecoglou.

Ange Postecoglou is looking at ‘the next two or three weeks’ for the return of four players – Richarlison, Cristian Romero, Dominic Solanke and Micky van de Ven.

Micky van de Ven made his long-awaited return from injury as Spurs beat Elfsborg 3-0 in the Europa League on Thursday night. He then missed the Brentford game, with Postecoglou confirming the Dutchman will sit out of the Liverpool game.
