The 6-foot-10 Bailey, a projected top-three NBA Draft pick, suffered the injury in practice on Monday and is day-to-day, Rutgers said. The other acclaimed freshman, Dylan Harper, will make his anticipated debut at Jersey Mike’s Arena. Bailey is a big-time shotmaker with NBA-size on the wing.
