Slow play dogged the PGA Tour for a second consecutive weekend, as the last group again took five and a half hours to complete their final rounds during the Farmers Insurance Open won by Harris English.

Sepp Straka won The American Express by two shots over Justin Thomas. The 31-year-old Austrian finished his third career PGA Tour victory at 25-under 263 with a final-round 70.

The only players among the top 30 on the money list who were not eligible for the Signature Event at Pebble Beach are No. 9 Sam Stevens and No. 28 Lee Hodges. Harris English was the biggest mover after winning last week's Farmers Insurance Open, going from 114th to sixth with a $1,674,000 first-place check.
