Apple is expanding in Seattle, finalizing the largest single lease of office space in the city since the pandemic’s onset.

SEATTLE — Tech giant Apple signed a new lease for office space in South Lake Union, marking the largest office deal in Seattle in the last few months.

Bakery Empire Cake has signed a lease for 6,700 square feet at the base of Manhattan Skyline Management’s The Villager.
