A man has been jailed after pleading guilty to breaching his Sexual Harm Prevention Order – having been spotted exposing himself at a public library in Derbyshire.
A 36-year-old man fleeing deputies collided with a vehicle then careened into the new Milwaukee Public Library branch currently under construction.
The Pflugerville Public Library is closed until further notice while Pflugerville police are investigating a threat.
