Katia Passerini, Ph.D., has been named Gonzaga University’s next president, the school’s Board of Trustees confirmed.

Gonzaga University’s next president will be an academic with decades of experience who serves as the provost of Seton Hall University, Gonzaga announced in a news release on Wednesday. Katia Passerini will replace Thayne McCulloh in July. McCulloh announced last year that he would retire.
