Several people were entering and exiting the busy transportation hub when this material fell nearby. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) said Monday that President elect-Trump “and his transition team are already breaking” a law on presidential transition.

The city of Boston has said OSHA is investigating the incident.
