Cam Johnson and D'Angelo Russell will remain sidelined during Sunday's crucial draft positioning matchup with the Jazz.

Brooklyn Nets forward Cam Johnson and guard D'Angelo Russell remain day-to-day with their injuries, per head coach Jordi Fernandez on Friday.

The Nets seemingly have erred on the side of caution when it comes to injured Cam Johnson and D’Angelo Russell. Predictably, both will remain sidelined Sunday when the Nets play the Jazz, as will Cam Thomas.

The Nets could welcome back Cam Johnson from an ankle injury during an upcoming six-game road trip on the West Coast.

For the game, they will be without one of their best players, as D'Angelo Russell has been ruled out. The 2018 NBA All-Star has missed each of the previous two games, so this will be his third straight out of action.
