Vivos Therapeutics shares dropped Thursday after the company said it is offering 1.4 million common shares at $3.15 per share in a registered direct offering. Shares were down 27% to $3.03 in recent trading after closing at $4.13 on Wednesday. The stock is down almost 76% this year.

The exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares brought the total number of shares of Class A common stock sold by Casella in the offering to 5,175,000 and increased the aggregate gross proceeds from the offering to $517.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses.

America's Car-Mart said recently it will sell $65 million in its common stock as part of an underwritten public offering.

Car-Mart intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to repay a portion of the balance on its revolving credit facilities. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. Jefferies is acting as the sole bookrunning manager for the offering.

Chewy will not sell any shares of its Class A common stock or receive any proceeds in the offering, which is subject to market and other conditions. The company's $300 million repurchase is being executed separately from its existing $500 million share repurchase program, authorized on May 24.
