Around 10 a.m. Monday, a white SUV drove through a fence on the west side of Wal-Mart's parking lot at 9025 Spencer Highway, Deer Park city officials said in a news release. The driver entered a strip of land containing natural gas equipment and struck an above-ground pipeline valve.
