Apple's App Store briefly went down earlier today, making it impossible to install new apps. The issue has since been resolved.

Phone, iPad, and Mac users are reporting widespread problems downloading apps from Apple's App Store. Attempts to download apps result in the icon briefly showing activity, but then reverting back to the "Get" button,

Apple's System Status page doesn't show any outage for the App store as a whole or the specific platform versions – IE: Mac App Store. The only current systems with issues are the Volume Purchase Program (declared as an Outage) and Subscription Purchase (declared as an Outage).
