A Texas resident claimed a $1 million prize from a lottery game, according to the Texas Lottery . The Sherman resident purchased their Million Dollar Loteria scratch ticket at The Local Shoppe, at 14040 Montfort Drive in Dallas.
In Tye, another lucky player struck big with a $1 million win in the Premier Play scratch ticket game. The ticket was purchased at DK #15 on North Street. This marks the second of 10 top prizes in the game, which has more than $137.5 million in total prizes, according to officials.
More than 350,000 Powerball tickets sold in the United States won prizes ranging from $4 to $100,000, the lottery said.
