WATERBURY, Conn. (WFSB) - Two people were arrested in connection to a stolen car being located at a Waterbury tire shop on Tuesday.
Waterbury police said Henry Torres fled from officers on foot but was eventually caught hiding behind a stack of tires.
A West Hartford auto business has been sold to VIP Tires & Service, according to a company release.
