Raiders coach Antonio Pierce used a profanity Monday morning to describe the season's first half, but with a week off to contemplate all that went wrong, his attention turns to finding hope over his team's final eight games.

During the loss, the Raiders benched quarterback Gardner Minshew in favor of recently acquired Desmond Ridder. Ridder did lead a touchdown drive on the Raiders' final offensive possession. It was a 22-yard touchdown pass to Raiders rookie Brock Bowers.
