Bed Bath & Beyond seems to be the brand with more lives than an adventurous feline.

In April of 2023, Bed Bath & Beyond filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and shuttered all of its retail locations by June. It then moved online in partnership with Overstock.com. After striking a deal with Kirkland's Home, the two brands plan to open a few bricks-and-mortar locations. Bed Bath & Beyond continues to claw its way from out of the grave.

Beyond and home-decor retailer Kirkland’s have entered a partnership that will bring back physical Bed Bath & Beyond stores more than a year after the retailer filed for bankruptcy.Midvale, Utah-based Beyond,

Kirkland’s will serve as the brick-and-mortar operator and licensee for Beyond’s stable of brands, which include Bed Bath & Beyond, Overstock and Zulily.

The previously closed and bankrupt retailer Bed, Bath and Beyond is making a comeback through a new agreement with Kirkland Inc.

Kirkland’s Inc. (Nasdaq: KIRK) is partnering with Utah-based Beyond Inc. (NYSE: BYON), the parent company of Bed, Bath & Beyond, to bring back “neighborhood” Bed, Bath & Beyond locations, according to a news release.

If you wished the home department store Bed Bath & Beyond would make a comeback, you are in luck. Bed Bath & Beyond filed for bankruptcy and closed its stores in 2023, but the department store made the switch to sell products online after Overstock acquired the store’s intellectual property.

Bed Bath & Beyond is coming back to a physical store near you after going out of business last year. But this time, it’s taking up space at a rival.

Despite Beyond's Marcus Lemonis saying that the company did not plan to bring Bed Bath & Beyond products back to U.S. stores, a new deal has opened the way for a return.

Shoppers will be able to find Bed Bath & Beyond-branded products in stores again, at The Container Store locations.
