The first episode of The Penguin just dropped and we're now recapping the events of "After Hours" as The Batman's Oz Cobb makes his move on Gotham City. Can he possibly become the new Kingpin of Crime?

HBO Original limited series The Penguin picks up where Matt Reeves left off with The Batman. Colin Farrell stars in the crime drama as Oswald “Oz” Cobb, otherwise known as the Penguin, alongside Cristin Milioti and Rhenzy Feliz.

At the end of The Batman, The Riddler was committed to Arkham and most of Gotham was flooded after the retaining walls around the city were blown up. The new limited series The Penguin takes place about a week after the events of that film,
