WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Hunter Biden will be sentenced on felony firearms charges in December after the judge agreed Thursday to a delay requested by the defense.

The federal judge overseeing Hunter Biden's Delaware conviction on gun charges has agreed to push back his sentencing date three weeks, from Nov. 13 to Dec. 4.

The summit will take place at his residence — the first time as president he's brought foreign leaders to the state.
