The annual RVA East End Festival moved indoors to MLK Middle School on Saturday, continuing its tradition of supporting music and arts in Richmond Public Schools.

Police are investigating after suspects drove a vehicle through the window of Griffin Vape Exotics on West Broad Street in Richmond early Saturday morning, Crime Insider sources told Jon Burkett.
