WEBConnected the mouse (USB) to a Windows 10 PC and was prompted to install "KB+Mouse" software. After doing this I was prompted to upgraded the Mouse FW. (Ah, the mouse has FW which can be upgraded!) I then reconnected the mouse to the Mac (BT) and SUCCESS! The mouse now stays connected and wakes the Mac as expected.
