1 Love justice, you rulers of the world. Set your minds sincerely on the Lord, and look for him with all honesty. 2 Those who do not try to test him will find him; he will show himself to those who trust him.

1 Ye that deem the earth, love rightfulness [or rightwiseness]; feel ye of the Lord in goodness, and seek ye him in the simpleness of heart. 2 For he is found of them, that tempt not him [or that tempt him not] ; forsooth he appeareth to them, that have faith into him.

4 because wisdom will not enter a deceitful soul, or dwell in a body enslaved to sin. 5 For a holy and disciplined spirit will flee from deceit, and will leave foolish thoughts behind, and will be ashamed at the approach of unrighteousness. 6 For wisdom is a kindly spirit, but will not free blasphemers from the guilt of their words;

Wisdom won’t declare blasphemers to be innocent because their own words convict them. God is witness to their thoughts. Truth examines the heart and hears what is said.
